I was wondering if you could give me some marketing tips for our company. We are looking at the best ways to reach an audience for free/cheap. Like forums and host directories.

forums and host directories, search engines... referals, affiliate programs...... the list goes on....
The best in it however is honesty, warm responses and speed. ..... to sumarize top customer care... That is really important. If you can do that then your customers would do the marketing for you.... :)
