I'm thinking about purchasing ModernBill.

It is good and affordable, but it is still heavily under development. You might not get all the features you want. :)

I just bought it myself :) .. looks very good, we will be doign quite a few modification on it to server as dedicated and colo billing, but for shared .. I think it's great and ready to go :)

One of the best for the price you can't beat. Had a few bugs but they are all now worked out and stable.
