This would be an agreement between us and the other party, that we will refer customers to each other in the case of design and web hosting.

For example, we would refer customers for web design to you, you would offer the design and we will provide the finished work to the client, and you would refer the clients to us, you would let us know their needs and we will give you special price on that and you would let your customer know of the info.
