I have a couple hundred sites being hosted on Linux servers through Alabanza and their automated software which is going very well despite the rumors that are floating around about Alabanza.

Anyway, I am after the same deal for NT hosting where the data centre or a software vendor supplies automated software to basically help automate and manage the hosting services. This of course would include account activation, billing, daily maintenance and the like.

I would be interested in hearing about any companies dealing in the NT hosting market like Alabanza is in the Linux market.

Cheers,
Nigel

While not as thrilled with Alabanza at the moment I too need to find a good NT or Win 2000 plan for some customers with similar services. Based on previous problems rock solid (at least for Windows) reliability is a must. Inquiring minds want to know!

I've found Inovaware which looks like they have the full system like Alabanza but looks more advanced and they're not trying to pump it out like Alabanza was.

I've been corresponding with one of the sales guys just asking questions and trying to find a time where we can discuss it further. I think he has responded to about 15 of my emails now or somewhere around there. Seems to really want to help me out.

The software has a large outlay initially but think about how much your paying for the Alabanza system over 12 months. You never get to own the software you use and you can't change data centers, nor does it provide support to make modifications to the program. Alabanza keep updating their software with small increments where this Inovaware software seems to be completely developed and ready to use with addons available as they are being developed.

I'll let every know how the demo of the system goes with comparison to the Alabanza system.
