I believe tranXact Global Services is gnax themselves. But Im not sure as I havent used them before. Maybe someone else can clarify that.

They are excellent.

Im with solidrack for a few months.

In those few months had one network switch go out at their datacentre that bought a few of my servers down for a couple hours and thats it

Their network is very fast, reliablity pretty good, support top notch, prices fairly good

My experience has been that GNAX is tops on support, and they have a great network too. Highly recomended.
