Order Form Script:

This order form script was primarily developed for our company to use for our dedicated server order forms. I'm making it available for others to use. It's a pretty simple script, but it's also neat. It does the following:

1) Displays the number of servers you have left for sale (in stock)

2) Configuration of the dedicated server client would like to order

3) Once you have configured, it takes you to confirmation of what you've just put together along with displaying the payment total.

4) Once everything seems correct, the client fills out the contact information form. What the user inputted is then viewed on the next page for confirmation. The user then has the option to pay using Paypal or 2checkout.

5) As soon as the user chooses their payment method, the order form data is emailed to you the (admin) to whatever email addressed you used in the configuration of the script. A copy of the order is emailed to the client as well.

6) The client is at the payment screens for either 2checkout or Paypal, with the total amount due carried over automatically into the payment screens. The user submits their payment details and either Paypal or 2checkout would send confirmation of payment to you that the user has paid.

This form can be fully customised to fit into any design. It could also be used for customising your hosting plans as well, so users can build their own hosting packages. The options are endless.

Easy to configure, setup is simple, instructions sent with your order.

Requirements: PHP

For demo please go to:

http://www.meagan-good.com/scripts/demoform.php

Note: Payment options in demo disabled, please do not fully submit.

Price of script = $9.99

Payment via Paypal to: wedesignsites@hotmail.com

Once payment is received via Paypal, you will receive the script zipped, which includes instructions on how to edit the variables to suit your company.

HI,

I am interested in this script but have a few questions,
Is it possible to have a GD security code on this?
How many servers can this manage ?
Is there a way of having demoform.php?server1 so the top field etc is prefilled out with set data?
Is there a way of turning the billing section off so we can just manage signup and billing ca be managed seperately ?
Is the billing recurring or 1 payment ?

Thanks

Lets say that you have only 4 options that you want to give to the customer, is that possible or do all of the boxes that are displayed on your demo mandatory?

And how easily can it be converted away from the hosting industry? For example, to use for a simple order form for something else, like... clothes or something?

Nevermind my question... The addition is not working correctly.

Is this still BETA? Or has it been tested and being released as a stable product?

Hi,

Sorry for not responding sooner but I didn't check back the thread until now. For faster response email would have been better. It's been used on one of our sites for awhile now and haven't had any problems with it, but the demo script all the varialbles and pricing are not set correctly as it was just a demo and those variables, pricing, fields etc can easily be changed.

It was basically developed as a simple form for paypal + 2checkout integration, and wasn't a long term product to be developed upon, but we can work on any issues, suggestions, feedback without a problem.

The billing for Paypal + 2checkout can be set by you in the script by changing the value from subscription to one time payment. The demo version for Paypal was using subscription for a one month duration, but Paypal gives clear specs on how to handle the subscription or non subscription variables so any adjustments can be easily be made to suit your needs.

The same thing applies to 2checkout.

The script can easily change to work in any format for whatever product you are looking to sell as it is highly customizable.
Any questions you can email wedesignsites@hotmail.com
