This is aimed at the smaller VO or MCHost resellers.

Do you manually have to set up your new accounts or do you have an automated facility for this?

Same question for billing. Do you manually have to process all the accounts every month?

For billing, if you charge your customers through Revecom.com or 2Checkout etc a recurring bill will be executed on customer's credit card.

Also as a reseller that uses WHM you will need to setup accounts manually.

Billing is handeled by 2checkout.com

Signup for, is coded by a member of MChost staff and logs into WHM and adds the account when you approve it. then it will email the user with the account details and forward the user on to the payment processor.
