I'm insterested on working on a site that implements a few things for a virtual tutoring service.....

a "content panel", i.e., the ability to load an image (for instance, a scanned page from a workbook) and scribble on it, if needed....similar to the MS Netmeeting Whiteboard

built in chat with filesharing

Are there any (free?) scripts out there that do this?
