i have a question about how to set up a domain name server. how do i? lol. i am a reseller with wht/cpanel.

Goto to your registrar cpanel to manage your domain name then goto > create nameservers enter the IPs that were issued to you from your Host and as the nameserver name make them ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com
