is anyone having problem with 2checkout not billing customer for recurring this month ? it's past due 3 days already.

Yes, also experiencing that, but it's not the first month though. It seems they have some server problems lately. Maybe that's causing the delays.

I have also noticed that their recurring never seems to bill on the actual anniversary.
Also, I'm using some passback parameters for auto-account setup...those have been flaky lately as well...

All my reoccuring semed to happen later than it was supposed to, but then looking at it, the actual notification e-mail just showed up a day or two late, but the actual billing was on the correct date.
Although, right now there is some server changes and and problems that may be affecting it. I would say hold tight, this is just a slight bump in the road and I think it will be even better when complete. IMHO
