I have an issue with Mambo and hoping to find someone who might be able to help. Whenever I try to edit content in a specific article/typed content menu item - I get this message:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: geteditorcontents() in
/home/tcwdogs/public_html/mambo/components/com_content/content.html.php
on line 538"

Any ideas?

Which version are you running?
I believe there were some issues with version 4.5.1.0.2
It's now at 4.5.1.0.7

Can we leave my thread alone for a minute and concentrate on the issue at hand. Not trying to be a party pooper, but for me this is kinda serious as I have someone breathing down my back to get it fixed.

Dane, have you tried switching to a different html editor?

Aside from permisisons, configuration.php the only other thing you can do is uplaod the files again, making sure you don't overwrite you configuration file, or you template file.

For the record - Mambo www.mamboserver.com or www.mamboportal.com

I had this same problem with Mambo 4.5, their most current version not yet stable version is 4.6 .
I ended up cutting and pasting the file and then throwing out the old file. Started over with a new article, havn't had any problems since.
Hope this helps.
