I'm looking for a wholesale dialup provider that services Alberta, Canada.... Any suggestions?

Try contacting level3 .. they do wholesale dialup .. and they're selling it per port basis. I think the minimum port you can buy is 10 ports which is good enough for about maybe 30 clients if you're doing 1:3 ratio.

I wouldn't try contacting UUnet .. they're horrible and too expensive.
