Just want to post something about Webreseller..
I had been with them since 5/4/2003.

I just wanted to mention that Webreseller has treated me very well in the year that I had an account with them.

Thier managed ensim servers were solid. Thier support was truly superlative. Always responded within 10-30mins.
The staff there is friendly and very knowledgeable.

They seem to have gotten a better hold of thier billing issues, which at times were incorrect (but corrected).

Connectivity has been solid this year too. A HUGE improvement since last year with the yipe problems they were having.

Rob over at WR, is very personable and goes through great strides to give you a good deal. He's worked with me on several occasions for custom plans/deals throughout the year.

People tend to complain about thier cancellation procedures. I've had no experience with this part so far.(especially the 30 day cancellation).

To be quite honest, I just cancelled there on 4/28.. I did pay the early May bill.. and expect not to be billed again in June for the account.
Will know by next week. :) And I'll be sure to post an update either way.

There's no particular reason I cancelled other than the fact that I migrated my ensim customers to cpanel at another datacenter.

To follow up on my experience with thier cancellation policy. They did not charge my account again.

Service was deactivated 30 days after the notice was given. No problem there. :)

It seems your cancellation was fast and you were not charged again? impressive!

Well, we are about a 2 year customer of webreseller.net and no problems with the server etc (sometimes slow in tickets and upgrades though - but overall => 2 thumbs up!!!!).... just recently, i signed-up with another of their reseller plan (last septermber 9, 2004) and have to discontinue it today (September 19, 2004) due to some reasons. That would be about 10 days of use...

I guess i need to experience it for my self and post the outcome if they are really fast on this... I hope they have a 30 day money back guarantee though (as far as I heard, they have a refund or money back)? anyone had any experience? would greatly appreciate it.

After i discontinue the recent sign-up, i intend to continue my other account with them since they were very nice to us.

by the way? anyone who upgraded to their COMPLETE PACKAGE? i upgraded but until now no progress.. anyone had any experiences?

They did not gave any timetable on this...

We asked for ensim upgrade, still pending till this day.. (1week later)

universal2001, watch our for this upgrade. the upgrade might result your mailscanner feature to be disabled.

for our case, the server that we are residing cant support its requirement that is why we are compelled to upgrade to their complete package.

You should ask support on the impact of the upgrade. It maybe different with your case, but you should make sure.
