Hi, My name is Michael. I own a web hosting company called Dapp Hosting Services. We are a new company founded in June of this year. As of yet I have not started to push for customers as I feel there is a lot to get ready and have not quite reached the level I would expect as a customer.

I was hoping some of you can help me out. I need to know what people want, but I need to make it where I can also succeed.

Here is what I offer, please tell me what you think; I'm not trying to advertise here I just want opinions.

I use Cobalt Servers, DNS Services through UltraDNS, all sites include FrontPage extensions, Enabled CGI Scripts, Enabled ASP Pages, Perl, MySQL, Enabled PHP Embedded Scripting, Enabled Shell Accounts, Enabled Server Side Includes.

I mainly offer virtual sites, I've keep new orders for site limited to what my servers can handle. ( I buy new servers when I need them)

My prices start a $10 monthly for 100mb of space.

I don't have my site up yet as I feel service and support are more important then show.

I started this company out of disgust of my last web host. I vowed never to allow that to happen to my customers.

Anyways tell me what you think, do I need to add more services, is my price range ok?

Thanks for the help,

Mike

Support hours 8 am to 8 pm PST, will be adding live chat to support and more support hours as clients increase.

Well the first thing you need is a site. Without a site you cant sell your services. Its like going to Sears and finding out that they dont have a building anymore. I think the site is one if not the most important part.

Hey Mike, just a note that all threads similar to his should be placed in the Related Offers & Request Forum (the request being feedback on your services).
