If you don't mind, take a look at http://www.thinkcomputer.com and tell us what we could improve. We're looking for any changes that you think might help us bring in more hosting customers.
Thank you!

Couple of things real quick. I detest splash pages. At least provide a link for people to skip the intro.
Also I noticed a mixture of serif and sans serif fonts on the front page. Ditch the serif fonts and use only sans serif. I will be much easier to read, especially with white text on a colored background.
I realize the one of your products is graphics design, but I found that front page to be slow to download over a 56K modem. But maybe that is excusable given that I really liked the grapics once I got there.
Oh I notice that you are using Times Roman font in many places through out the site. Change it to Verdana, Helvetica, or some other sans serif font and it will be much easier on the eye.

Marty,
Thanks for your comments. I put a link up to skip the splash page, so that you are not forced to watch it if you don't want to (or if you don't have Flash installed).
As for the graphics being slow, I realize that there are a lot of them, but I think they are worth it, as you said.
Lastly, I have tried different fonts on the main pages of the site, and the most common sans serif ones (Arial, Helvetica, etc.) do not look especially good with the site design, for some reason. I think I'm going to leave it at Times Roman for now, unless an overwhelming majority of people disagree.
Thanks again. You've been very helpful.

Your site looks great!
I also have to agree with Marty. I would change Times Roman to Verdana, Helvetica (or some other sans serif font) also.

Here Here, great site. Awesome use of double rollovers. I agree as well try using 10point Verdana on the what's new area. It will be much easier on the eyes... and I don't know if I like the colors on the whats new boxes... I don't know what would look good there (color wise) just maybe not those.
Anyway great site and good luck.

In the what's new section... sans serif, but I like the use of of the serif font at the top under jack of trades.

Hmm, very nice. Only one thing I can think of from looking at the index. When you rollover it looks wonderful, but it's default state looks a little plain and unfinished. Maybe you could look at something that works in with the other button states.

It's been a while, but I finally got around to updating the site, thanks to your suggestions.
All of the main pages now use sans serif fonts, the navigation box on the left side is compatible with Netscape 6 now that it uses standard tables, and the orange background on the "Our Services" section does not require the viewer to grab sunscreen.
Thanks for your help...and if you've got old computers sitting around, take a look at the home page, and donate them to Think Computer Foundation. Thanks!
