Actually, I really respect that (not the phoney conversation thing, the email we received). You wouldn't believe the emails we get back from some hosts who seem to be on a mission to lie about things once they've been caught (they range from funny to *oh my* I can't repeat those words here, to just pathetic).

Ryan simply said, hey I did it, sorry, please forgive (in a longer way). I take the forum seriously (sometimes too seriously), but I can also respect the fact that sometimes people make mistakes, and have enough character to simply admit it.

one_web, what phone call? I started this thread to say sorry, on my own ... nothing more nothing less.

The one about the 20 FTP accounts... I made it seam like you just lost a customer because of spamming so you know how it feels. Thankfully I was not a real customer. But maybe there were others that you lost or could have lost because of it.
