You can purchase a perl script I wrote to automatically generate a custom quote on hosting plans. You can specify in the config a pricing structure on each service.. along with Sales TAX settings.

User can input the resources they need.. i.e.: 3 mysql databases, 10GB transfer, and 250mb disk space. They hit submit, and a custom quote is generated based on your pricing schema in the config.

This script requires perl5, and the sendmail binary, or compatible sendmail binary, for submitting quotes to your sales email address to respond to the user.

Possibly. I've never tried before, but let me check out the dynamics of it, and see if i can code it in.

well it shouldn't be too hard

Something to benefit the script and could score you more sales would be to possibly supply an admin area in which the admin can manage fields on the form (add/edit/remove).

ie.
{Option: Add-Item}
Input: Item Text (Disk Space)
Input: Item Default Value (100)
Input: Item Description (This is the space used to host your site)
Optional Input: Check Box (For unlimited/unmetered)
