Basically I need information about how to set up subdomain hosting for several friends and family members [around 20-30 people]. I have the domain registered... And am wanting to offer these people something like theirname.mydomain.com.

Also, I would like to be able to allocate each person 10mb, have a seperate mySQL db for each subdomain and a seperate email addy for each. Seperate FTP accounts per account would also be necassary [obviously?]. Being able to add services such as extra subdomains and mySQL db's on the fly would also be handy.

Of course uptime, customer service and price are all factors... But, if some of you would be nice enough to point me in the right direction from basic knowledge or past experiences please do so.

Articles, sites, hosts, prices, and etc... Any info would be helpful, as I'm a total idiot when it comes to this hosting stuff.

Kind Regards, Jack D.

Get a reseller account. This will give you all the options you want.

Some start at $40 or so, not bad for the whole family :)
