Would you sign up with our services with at least a 3 month contract for a free eMegaWeb.net T-Shirt? Mousepad? Mug?

You want us to advertise for you? You should be asking "If you wear this t-shirt we will give you 3 free months of hosting.".

Better yet, just take the 15 bucks off the hosting fee instead of a lousy t-shirt.

ok ok :)
I just saw the HUGE response to the paypal free tshirt thing, but then you didn't have to get hosting. Just wanted the throw the idea out.

The huge response to the paypal t-shirt was due to Damon saying, "If you want a t-shirt, email me and I'll 2nd day air one out to you!" Not quite what you were offering there rewdoggie, heh.

I don't think you'll get anyone to sign up based on the fact that they would get a free shirt, with your ad on it. Not a deciding factor in the least.

However, I do think that customers who would have signed up anyway, even if there were no "free shirt" involved...would appreciate a free shirt as a "thank you".

Make sense?

The point is to GET new customers - not drive them away! :D

Another idea might be to follow Network Solutions idea awhile back..
If you signed up or registered your domain through them, they would send you a T-Shirt with your Domain Name on it..

You might be able to offer the same.. :D
