Was wondering what the usual load average is. Ever see it spike to 10?

that will depend on what you customers are running, we had some customers ahile back that were cloding off their database querries and they were getting quite a few hit and our server load would 12 sometime 13 until we put an end to it. On average day anymore normally we don't see above 0.92

It is nothing to worry about if it is a temporary situation. If it is constant 10 then you must upgrade your servers.
Also see the RAM usage. This helps save a lot of system crashes. The RAM usage should not be very high...

Have a great day :)

Last 5 minutes: 0.05
Last 15 minutes: 0.01

Our servers usually go up to .30 at peak times, but hardly ever above that.

if you're running heavy mysql stuff, you should definately look into tweaking the config up on that. as well as the apache settings.
