hello, I am curious if anyone else has experienced this error. we recently moved a site from one server to another. upon doing this a formmail script stopped sending emails and creates the following error in /var/log/maillog:

Dec 4 08:28:50 virt10o sendmail[8790]: gethostbyaddr(x.x.x.x) failed: 1
Dec 4 08:28:50 virt10o sendmail[8790]: fB4GSom08790: SYSERR(ganderson): Can't create transcript file q2/xffB4GSom08790: Permission denied
Dec 4 08:28:50 virt10o sendmail[8790]: fB4GSom08790: SYSERR(ganderson): Cannot create q2/dffB4GSom08790: Permission denied
Dec 4 08:28:50 virt10o sendmail[8790]: fB4GSom08790: from=ganderson, size=0, class=0, nrcpts=0, relay=ganderson@localhost

all other mail for the user works fine so its not a quota issue. any help is greatly appreciated as always.
