We have a dedicated server at pwebtech for backup purposes. Submitted a trouble ticket 3 days ago for something urgent ...no reply. Submitted *2* more trouble tickets to *2* different email addresses yesterday ...still no reply, except the autoresponder. Is pwebtech on vacation or what? This is completely unacceptable.

You know marc if you have a problem that isn't resolved via a ticket, we have a phone # you call and I am on icq. But I see no open tickets. Also our ticketing system got caught in a mail loop generating 30,000 messages which weren't needed. So our ticketing system was delayed a bit.

I submited a ticket to them ealier and got a response in minutes.
