Can you explain why you are backing off on your US hosting. I signed up for 1 account with you a couple of months ago and am contemplating the purchase of another. Will you continue to service your US accounts in the future or will you eventually drop the US support.

I have been very happy with your support and am distressed that you are cutting back.

We will only be closing off to new orders.

Existing servers and clients will still be well maintained and well looked after. We will be keeping enough capacity available for existing clients to order additional hosting as required for at least a few months.

If we need to add new servers down the track to keep up with that we will, but more info will come out on AussieForum shortly about that, and to all mailing lists.

Don't worry, you'll still be well looked after. We're simply shifting our future/advertising focus back to the Aussie market and keeping up with local demand.
