No problems and full of features. peersignal 06-02-2004, 12:58 PM My cousin has that phone, and she absolutely loves it. No problems with it at all :) Regards, Waylon jennej 06-02-2004, 04:35 PM I've had mine since September and love it. No problems, great reception, great volume. The camera is nice to have in a pinch. Hope this helps. Jenny CybexHost 06-02-2004, 04:43 PM Only thing I have heard is that the LCD can suddenly die and you're left in the dark with quite a hefty bill... Most of the protection plans don't cover an LCD failure either :| Most have had a great experience with it though. Good luck. BusX 06-02-2004, 08:04 PM I have the phone as well and I've yet to have a problem. Very easy to use as well. Hosemeyer 06-02-2004, 08:32 PM A phone that has no sim card equals Junk. Its so much easier if you buy a phone that does use sim cards. (no transfering phone numbers and all that other stuff) I've used this phone, and it was alright, but still no sim cards equals junk. joshiee 06-03-2004, 04:03 AM Originally posted by Hosemeyer A phone that has no sim card equals Junk. I agree.. but hey.. Verizon's network isnt GSM.. Equals no SIM Cards.. but their network's the best.. thats the tradeoff.. mantra 06-03-2004, 03:25 PM I've had it for about 2 months now. No problems so far. Just doesn't come with any games :-( blackdog 06-03-2004, 07:31 PM http://wireless-phone-reviews.com/wireless-phone-reviews/lg-vx6000.php Seems like it gets pretty good reviews enis 06-04-2004, 03:16 AM Well, I scraped the verizon service all together. There service in my remote area is absolutly horrible (extended network), couldn't send/receive text messages. The wireless web also didn't work as I was in the extended network (yet I was paying for it). Ended up getting a Nextel i730 and I absolutly love it. Everything works, text messaging, mobile web, instant messaging, and so forth. I also love that walkie talkie feature :D I think the nextel service ended up costing a tad more in the end, but I think it'll be worth it. Just thought I would throw an update on :) Update: Anyone use nextel and have that unlimited direct connect? I need someone to help me test mine to make sure it works, lol (i dont really know anyone with nextel service). Send me a pm with your direct connect # if you would like. |
