I'd say it's Kal Ho Na Ho...a Hindi movie from the Hollywood of India(aka "Bollywood").

I've watched it 4 times and going. Movie has a fair blend of humor, seriousness and outright stupidity...all the ingridients of an excellent movie:D

Though I do have to admit besides the good looking female aussies out their (that I have seen) they just make me melt when they talk :D.
