The problem with the UK is that the main telco is BT. Do I have to say anymore? lol :D

Sure there are the telewest and ntl, but these are mainly used as secondary connections.

hey, did you know Verio has a datacentre in the UK?

Hey,

No i didnt actually, yes BT being the main people and The Early Leanring Centre sponsor them. But then what differnce does it make if Verio have one bandwith is still like £10 a GB. I want to offer dedicated servers but find it hard to from here in the UK to the US, but then there isnt a palce in the UK that i could compete with in the US.

NTL and Telewest only cover certian areas and havent a clue ;)

Sweeden offers the best hosting

yeah, £10 a gig is a complete bummer.

As always, if anything is crap, blame it on BT. Always does the trick :D

As much as i dislike BT, dont get me wrong i do, i blame Margaret Thathcher, why? Becuase BT wanted fiber the whole of the UK as like the test, and she said no! So if she had said yes UK could have been at the fore front of the Internet :(
