I know there is tons of useful information on this site. And it would be really awesome if WHT made a book about everything on here. what do you guys think?

Seriously, there have been books published on a lot of what's talked about here, including some on running a webhosting company. To an extent, though, they do suffer from what some of these commented on: information can get outdated very quickly. Beyond that, WHT in total covers too broad a variety of subject matter for it to be practical to cover all of the topics in a book. Or, to go in another direction: go ahead and write it; I'm sure we'd all buy it!
