Here I would like to know basic things which need become to a host from reseller:

Linux Platform:
1.Which server is good, and cost/rent ?
2.Who will install linux and other programs on server ?
3.How about hardware trouble, who will take care and bear the charges ?
4.From where I will get bandwidth and charges ?
5.What about Ip's , cost of it, I want to sell on low price and every customer will get IP.
6.Any other things which need in this project ?
7.Who will give me control panels ?
8.How I will give Secure Server to my clients ?
9.Which way is good to get payments from clients, How I will accept different type of payments, I mean if i wana give discount on packege then how i will give it.

I think I have covered all things, but dont know better about it, therefore recomendations are welcome, I need one machine and want to serve low price web hosting, but I need 100% Guranted uptime.

Not sure if you want a reseller account or a dedicated server...From the sounds of it I think you are after a dedicated server...

you could start by looking at rackshack.net (from 99/month)
It will come with linux installed......
They should take care of hardware trouble
They provide bandwidth, certain amount per month
You can get a certificate for SSL
If you want to accept payments you will need a merchant account, or use a third party CC processor...

best bet is to just go to sites and research, research, research....

What about Ips, I want to calculate complete cost for one server, I mean If I get one server , and use it for hosting, then How much I will spent for all things, please calculate everything here, I want to make phisibility for me.
