Just as the title suggests, I'm having a customised control panel developed. Let's hear some features that you would like to see in it, because I would probably distribute it when it is developed. ;)

This has already been asked a lot of time, use the search feature for digging into threads and finding the features people need

Mostly, people come in here and say they are developing a control panel that will beat other ones, but most of them tend to leave their projects in between, I hope you develop one thats good and stable.

Remember developing a control panel that is stable and meets the requirements of every person is not an easy task, so make your main aim to make one that is "stable" and "easy to use" and not to forget "flexible". Good luck :D

It is under negotiations. I've got a 3rd-party company to develop it for me.

That's why I need as much feedback as possible on what features you guys would like to see on it.

Quick - send all opinions over here at once!! ;)

*Accurate Bandwidth monitoring
*Billing faciliites
*Full add/edit/delete clients/domains
*It would be nice to be able to store full details of clients- address etc.
*Perhaps someway of exporting account details for your own use offline?
*nice looking and highly customisable

Thats all i can think of that i REALLY want that most dont have.

Have a good day.

How about enabling resellers? Is anyone interested in that?

It's being developed for the Linux, but I am looking into other platforms in future versions.

Also, just to play safe, I specifically told them that I don't want sensitive info such as credit card numbers to be stored. Will that be alright? In case we get hacked into...

for complete automation surely you would be looking for years for development? by then they will have made newer versions of plesk etc

Complete automation is a dream - you will still need human support and admin interaction with the end users from time to time, but I'm getting the next best thing to it made...
