Since nobody seems to be answering support tickets from your end I thought I should just post my issue here, where I've been told that you hang out in.
My girlfriend's site http://www.hentaineko.com has this message: "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later. "
It's the start of the month already and still the site is closed. Shouldn't the bandwidth counter be restarting by December 1? It's already December 3.
We were thinking of upgrading her hosting package but it's only been 10 days since her billing cycle so we'll just wait a few days before upgrading. In the meantime, we'd like to see her site back up again. It really is impossible for her to accumulate bandwidth if her site is down for the past 5 days already.
