Hi,

I'm planning to offer business services but the thing is that I will need to fully equip the server with software that is on demand....

Here is what I have so far:

-Macromedia ColdFusion Server
-Macromedia JRUN Server
-MS ISA Server
-MS Exhange Server

These things cost a fortune..... What else would be needed and what kind of pricing?

-MS ISA Server
-MS Exhange Server Dump both of those :)

If you want a firewall, I would suggest a "hardware" based unit like a PIX, Netscreen, Nokia, etc. We used to run ISA and it was horrible, and the documention is non-existant.

I would recommend IMail or Merak Mail for a mail server. They do so much better in multi-domain environment and will give you less of a headache.

Hope that helps!

PS. Don't forget about site stats. LiveStats by DeepMetrix is very good (http://deepmetrix.com).

people should learn to order the free 120 day demos from microsoft more often, solves alot of the accidental purchase of software, can be easily uninstalled if its not required aswell. :)
