Has anyone used this company before?

I was looking at their dedicated packages here:

Seemed like some pretty good prices.. I had one reccomendation from a friend, but thought I'd ask here. Anyone got any info? How is their customer support?.. Is it fast?.. Does it go down at all?..

Yeah,

I know the guys who run that company and they do a great job. They have crazy bandwidth over at their place. I once got 30 MB/s from netscape.com (not MBit/s but MB/s) on a server from there.
