Hi All
I own www.payproject.com (http://www.payproject.com)
I wanted to know what are the best methods to increase traffic to my site.
It is a forum based site just like devshed.
I am ready to spend a limited amount of money as long as I get results. I wish to have traffic like devshed or programmingtalk

no one becomes a millionare right out
you need something that will want users to come back for more..

The site is off, so I was enable to inspect it.
Generally, you need to
-SEO the site for relevant terms (SEO = optimise for search engines)
-obtain enough anchor text optimised backlinks
-add some good content (tutorial, articles), to get natural backlinks as well
-keep the spammers, me-too and lol posters in reasonable limits
-keep working
