I did ask for PMs if interested, but here is some more info:

Both licenses are owned, meaning they never expire. However, support is an additional yearly fee. DRAM support ends 03/03/2005, and PHPManager ends 04/04/2005.
As to how much? I am entertaining any offers, and I am a realist, so let me know. Total invested in the site is around 275-300. Covering that would be fine.

I also have two related domains that may hold some interest
hostlegend.com and legendhost.com.
