Which VPS providers offer decent backup facilities?

I am looking for a provider that allows backing of your VPS and restoring it yourself.

Knowing how much I am going to fiddle with my systems, that is crucial for me.

Verio has this capability. Servint was talking about it but I don't know if it is fully functional yet.
