Back in the early November when I just started using ventures online virtual hosting service, I complained about the downtime and slow service. Now I found that it's just a temporary misunderstanding.

The services did become no good in the first week. Now I realize that if users follow their rules in submitting helpdesk tickets, it becomes great service. Their tech person installed perl modules immediately after my request. Now my website is much stable with tons of Original Digital Photographes downloaded rapidly.

You can use qwkmon (http://www.qwkmon.com) to check the downtime. It's not 100% accurate, but hey, it's free.
