Interested in seeking finincial and administrative partner(s) in a adult web hosting business..

Willing to transfer the hosting part of this company I work for into our own name/corporation or possibly sell outright.

I currently am running it all by myself, look to further expand and capture the world as the leader in this services.
I also have a trickle of non adult accounts, and definately want to go this route as well. (note: I have absolutely no interest in offering resellers services)

The hosting company is profiting but company does not seem to be interested in growing, it's to the point where more people are needed to handle the tasks.

I want this hosting to grow big. It is already profitting.

I do not have the major funds to grow into this alone as in
(renting offices, hire couple support people, expand and purchase equipment in advance) So i am seeking interested party

Or may be interested in a person/company to buy this hosting out but hiring me via contract will be mandatory.

the average hosting company rentention rate is 85%

We can discuss financial detail, but at least 25k will be needed.
