What to do if one of your ded. servers go down for +3 hours and no ones reply at support email?? (emailed after 5min of connection down)

loosing more money with this downtime that all money you are going to pay per that dedicated, and tomorrow ton of complains and problems.

First of all hope you have a uptime guarantee. Second of all I won't go with a host unless there are more than one means of support. ie. email, forums, chat, etc.

What company is this?

Have they been down before? If so, you should be able to judge how long they may be down.

Is there a place where other customers hang out? You could then see if it was just you or others.

If all else fails start looking for other places to host and be ready to move.
