also, as an added bonus, we offer free hosting in our test servers to all our clients ( up to 3 domains ). These servers range from a SUN cobalt, Plesk box and freeVSD :D.

data transfer are measured by actual usage :)

servers, I notice your terms of service prohibit this but my experience has been that most companies dont prohibit this on their dedicated accounts.

the t.o.s on our site is for virtual hosting customers. we will send you the dedicated server t.o.s , once we confirm the order. It is just a standard t.o.s

hard core adult site are not permitted, soft core is okay though as long as they are legal stuff.

So can I get feedback on these guys. the support and the machine, I am considering the $75 dedicated server! If someone can name their site (so i can check load time) that is on the $75 Plan, and then what they thought of the server.

As far as I know there has not been any downtime. Of course, I am just playing around with the server for my own projects, so I can't say I have been monitoring my site 24 X 7 to know if there is any.
