Disney challenged us on the regsitration under the Afilias Sunrise Registration Challenge Policy and WIPO refused to take action on the challenge on the basis that the registration was not a Sunrise registration.

Then Disney asked us to transfer the domain to them, which we agreed to. We began the transfer process but they never completed their end of the process and stopped replying to our emails.

We have not heard from Disney since then (well past two years) and we assume, based on their past actions, that they are no longer interested in the domain.

There may be trademark issues, maybe not, we're not lawyers and can't answer that question. That'll be between the new registrant and Disney, if the matter ever comes up again.
