100mb or 10mb port?

All servers are on a 10Mbps port but can be upgraded to 100Mbps port for $10/month.

How do you handle reboots?

Is it possible to set up rdns (PTR) for the IPs assigned (won't be used for IRC, just for dns servers)

If you need a reboot - you wil submit a ticket with Client details etc and your server will be rebooted. Re-boots are included and free.

After a ticket for a reboot is received it typically takes between 5-45 minutes, however we try and keep reboot requests to under 20 minutes.

Do you offer higher amounts of bandwidth? How much would an extra 1000 gigs be a month?

We can provide you with as much BW as you require. You can purchase additional BW by the GB or Mbps.

We typically charge .50/GB over your monthly package allotment or will sell 1000GB in additional block increments with a monthly package for $300.
