They definitely have very good prices on reseller accounts... And i usually get a response by email very quickly from Shawn (the CEO).

I just signed up with them recently so we'll see how it goes.

I signed up as well. So far they have promised things on two dates and have delivered. Communication has been excellent.

I haven't had time to get in and set up sites using Plesk yet, but I am hoping to this weekend.

Still haven't gotten any live sites up, but I have moved domains to them.

One of the things that bugs me, and a topic I am going to start after I finish this message, is PLESK vs. Control Panel. I AM SOOOO LOST when it comes to that. Need to learn it.

As usual, all newbies.

Perhaps newbies to the WHT forums, but certainly not newbies to hosting nor newbies to Cyberwings. Are you trying to say that just because a user is a newbie here at WHT that their opinion/ideas aren't as valid as someone who has been here for much longer? It seems as though you are kind of hinting that Cyberwings is a "bunch of newbies" or something? I'm kind of curious what your comment above means. I assure you, even though our users may be coming here and signing up for a WHT account, they are paid customers, receiving excellent service from us. It does not matter that they are newbies to WHT, that does not cast any less value on their comments or feelings.

I didn't meant anything, did I type anything after that comment?

If you want to take asumptions, go right ahead.

I want to say something else, but then you will start bit**ing.

Sit down, take a nap, and smell the fresh air.

HostInspect, I may not be the first to agree with the wording of Cyberwings reply but the underlying questions still remains what did you mean by your first comment.

It is a sort and somewhat undirect comment that can be taken several different ways and I think (I am assuming) what Cyberwings wanted was a simple clarification on the comment.

I have my hosting as well as internet service through them. I am satisfied with their service. I think their support is superior! If you have any more questions email me djhomeskillet@yahoo.com

I'm not a reseller, but I'm highly satisfied with their service.

I'm a Cyberwings reseller.

Whenever I have had a question, I just go to their chat room linked from there support pages and ask the question.

I've done this three times in the last two weeks and got answers literally within minutes!

I don't know about you but when I'm stuck in the middle of code and web designing, I want answers now, not hours later, and Shawn's support team has certainly met my expectations.

I'm just trying to figure out now, if he could resell that type of service onto my customers :-)
