I hope everything is okay with them. William 11-30-2001, 04:13 PM what server is yours ?? vegs 11-30-2001, 04:54 PM The server is back up now, There is absolutely no support from Interserver. I thought they said they are going to add 5 more people to customer support ? nelson 11-30-2001, 06:35 PM I found the same thing with them this past week, when Apache failed on my server that I have with them. Started calling them at around 6pm, server did not come back up untill the next afternoon. Still since then my FP extensions are still not working and no help in site. I wish they would help me to. wmac 11-30-2001, 06:43 PM It seems they are with VDI. Is it possible to obtain a server directly from VDI with a near price to theirs? I think VDI's support would be better ? (I am new to dedicated so I will appereciate any comments) Mac webbie 11-30-2001, 08:10 PM Considering the price we pay for their dedicated server, to me its a really a bargain. They have a helpful support staff too. Its just that they take time to response to support tickets and the server downtimes could be really bad sometimes. If they can provide faster support i.e. within few hours and less server downtimes than they will be a good choice. Webbie |
