I'm having a problem with AWStats that i thought you might be able to help with.

All operating system statistics are unknown, and in the footer it says:


Error: Couldn't open UserInfo file "plugins//userinfo.txt": No such file or directory

Setup ('awstats.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.


I tried to find why this is happening but no luck so far. awstats.conf seems to be fine, and i reinstalled it a few times also. Any ideas what may be wrong?
