I am receiving the dreaded

rndc: connect failed: connection refused,

I know the named.conf is ok as it is the backup from a day ago (which was working) There is something else at play here and I don't know what it is.

This doesn't appear to be the typical CPanel related issue. I had two Cyberwurx.com techs look at it and they couldn't figure it out.

I need your help! Please PM me what you will charge and I will get back to you.
