Cpanel isn't out for windows yet. it's been at 84% completion since the dawn of time.

I don't think they offer a control panel as of now for windows servers since it doesn't say anything on their order page but your best bet would be to contact them.

SoftwareWorks has no plan of offering Windows control panel at this time.
