I had an account with a web hosting company called AlteraHosting.com, then they changed to ReadySetConnect.com. The reason I start with them was fast, friendly service and now it takes over 4 days to get an answer even with phone messages. Now on Thursday of last week I go to my site and I get a deactivated error message and same with all my customers. I emailed and I called for 3.5 days and when they did finallly answer me this is the answer I got.
Are you sure that you hosted your domain with Alterahosting.com?
I WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVERS ANY LONGER AND I RECOMEND OTHERS MOVE ALSO, BEFORE THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU

Thanks for the concern cybexhost, I have found a new web host.
ME
I was a reseller at readysetconnect(which they stopped supporting reseller accounts) now I moved myself to a dedicated server. Now I can only yell at myself for the simple mistakes they where making all the time.
