Does anyone know of any easy to install bandwidth limiters for a raq4i? I am hosted with Rackshack and have a single IP. Any ideas anyone?

I would recomend using mod_throttle. Eva2000 had posted instructions for installing it on a raq somewhere. You might want to run a search both here and on rackshacks forums.
