Hello all,
Trying to get some feedback.
How much would you pay per month for the following colocation space?

-1U Server OR Regular Desktop/Small Tower Server
-100GB of Data Transfer/ per month (95th Percentile via MRTG)
-Connected via 100MB Feed (through 100MB switch)
-Connection is Not Capped
-Power Included (yes, I've seen where they leave this out and charge for it!)
-Unlimited IP's with justification
-24x7 Monitoring and Support
-Free Server Reboots (within reason)
-Free Tech Support
-100% Uptime SLA
-Month to Month Contract

Data Center Details:
-On-Net location (direct backbone connection) to:
AT&T, Qwest, Level 3
-Dual OC-12 Connections routed through BGP
-Access to six Tier 1 Connection providers
-DC located on Multiple Power Grids
-Carrier Grade World Class Datacenter (multi-million dollar)
-Located in Denver, CO
-Carrier Neutral Location

What would you pay for addon's?
-per additional "U" of space?
-Managed services? (We would do anything on your server you need.. install software, patches, replace hardware, etc..)
-Remote Reboot Power Outlet?

Any thing else you would like to see?

Any and all feedback is useful.
Thanks,
raqworld

$5.00 a month. LOL. JK! :)

Probably 300-400 a month. It really depends on how much you pay for bandwisth, etc. ;) I'm not interested, just thought I'd give you an average market value. Some places do it dirt cheap though.. :)

$150?!

That's crazy if you actually stick to the 100% uptime promise.

What's the per GB overage, and also your primary carrier out of the ones listed?

I would say about $200 to $250

I would think around $35/U and $2/GB for this would be a good deal. So around $235-$250. That ofcourse wouldn't be the price for Cogent.

More info will follow as the service is completed.

As for the primary carriers, they would mostly be Level 3 since they have direct fiber connection into the DC and they are a partner of the DC.

Call me crazy and we'll see what happens! :D

PS- Oh, and NO bandwidth would be from Cogent. Whether you like it or not, we've decided to stick with main carriers since we would require 100% uptime. (Just thought I'd add that info..)
