I am consider to get a dedicated Linux server from Rackshack. I would like to know are they fast? I mean not only US, but also all around the world.

I don't need much teach support. I just want if my server down(even in the middle of the night), there is someone there to reboot it. Is there any?

Do a search and you'll find PLENTY of threads about RackShack. I doubt there's a need for a new thread about them.
